I am trying to burn a movie to a 4.7 gb dvd disk with nero which I have done many times. But this time I get a message saying "This compilation exceeds target size! Please disable any unnecessary extras or deselect some audio streams." What should I do??

Disable some of the Extra features, or non-essential audio channels like directors comments, by unchecking them. If you have already done that then there could a very large sound track for the main movie, I sometimes get the same problem in DVD shrink if the movie has a DTS soundtrack. Start recode and select to only back up the Main movie if that doesn't work then you should try a different program like CloneDVD (works the best if you can afford it) or DVD-Shrink.

Make sure the Fit to Target box says DVD-5.
