Stick with XP for now. Vista is known to still have some bugs in it. Windows is planning to release a service pack for it and fix its ends and outs. Also make sure your system can handle the upgrade and that you have the minimum requirements.

It isn't waiting 2 months for the upgrade, if you actually read what the upgrade site says, it says AT THE LATEST it will be the middle of march. Dell has already started shipping the upgrades.

I'll keep with XP, forget Vista for at least 6 months or more... probably more. We don't need vista for a long while.

XP was worth upgrading to early, but not vista.
