Can't get msn vidclips to play.Have cable and all correct software. Get msg "vid u requested not available"

Question

Hv cable broadband, windows XP, Windows mp 11, flahplayer 9 installed. Also have Real Player basic installed and Nero Media Player. The clips have played previously but don't know what I did to change this.

the video is either out to lunch or on the phone.
that or they took it down off of their server.
