Thank you so much for asking and not assuming. And no, not everyone in America is racist. But those who are sure do have a way of making this country look like crap.

Overtly, the majority of Americans would say they are not racist. Yet, we all have these cultural stereotypes we've grown up with that, in may opinion, are always with us, no matter how hard we try to deny them.
What is important is that we recognize that fact and make a conscious effort to overcome these biases.
We've made many, many advances in a relatively short time, considering the 10,000 years of recorded human history. But we still have far to go.
And as racist as we are, there are many countries that are far worse. At we don't have "ethic cleansing."

No, not all Americans are racists. We are all prejudiced, but everyone on this planet is prejudiced. Based on our own past experiences, we expect similar situations to unfold as they have in the past. As individuals, we work to view each person as a fresh one (the horror of a new date) and each situation as a new one (a new job). Every country has racists, and every country has one group louder than the rest. Hopefully we can all get past the loud messages to learn about the less vocal majority.

Of course not! All Americans are no more racists than saying ALL muslims are terrorists. That's a faulty perception and a dumb generalization.
Americans are as diverse a population as Canada or any other country. There are pockets of racists everywhere, but you can't paint a whole populace with one brush or one name and say it's true.

Go figure.....If ALL Americans were racist than I would say America would be made up of only 1 race. America has more different races than there is colors in a rainbow so now that you figured, do you get it?

No they aren't. You don't have to be white to be a racist either, plenty of non-white Americans have some racist notions.
Other countries have racism too. Do you have a prejudice against Americans yourself?

when you ask it like that, its easy to answer. NO. ALL citizens are not racist. most of them, probably. me, sure. but ALL is impossible. i know my grandma isnt, so if everyone else in the entire world is, the answer is still NO.
