How do I get information back that I was composing on web site?

Updating my profile on 360 blog home page,alert came in I replied back then went to get back to my site and everything put in was gone .Can I retrive it back? And how would I go about doing that? thanks

Try the browser history & browser cache & perhaps backs of other programs that You used while creating the content. The website will only store/contain works tha You saved or uploaded there.

I know no other way. Untill You sent it up You usually work with scripts locally without knowing it. I have retrived lost forum posts from browser cache. But chances are low.
