On ebay, you don't have to pay immediately. Usually, payment needs to be made within a day or two, but not immediately after winning the item. keep in mind, however, that by bidding you are signing a binding contract to pay that amount if you win the item. So, no, you don't have to pay right away, but you do have to pay.

Usually, yes, if you won. If they have stipulated that you must pay within a given amount of time of auction ending... then you may loose that purchase and receive a non-payment strike and negative feedback. I'd just pay... or you can ask them how long you have to pay...

You should pay as soon as you can, but the seller sometimes says to in the next 24hrs.
