How different will you think his goverment plan will be if he was the President of Iraq?

I would definitely. Then the Iraqi people could hang him for crimes against humanity. Additionally, send Rummy, Condi, and Cheney so he wont feel so alone swinging on a branch.

Huh??? No, of course not. I would think an Iraqi citizen would make a better president... that is, if they can organize themselves to let someone be president. If Bush could be nominated for an Iraqi office, then that might open the doors for Non-U.S. citizens to run for OUR president's office.. and then it would be, "there goes the American neighborhood" for sure.

I'm not very savvy with politics, but I think that maybe if he were the leader of Iraq, he might realize the cultures of other countries. I'm not saying that he doesn't now, though.
Also, he would have to find a different strategy, because, to my knowledge, the U.S. is quite privileged and has a ton of resources. Another country, like Iraq, might be more limited.

No, btw he's having a hard enough time running the U.S. Maybe his plan could be letting the people of Iraq decide who their president is.
