If you're really tall then I wouldn't suggest getting short short hair, but shoulder length is fine. A lot of 13-14 year old girls have long hair(ranging from shoulder length to middle of back[and sometimes longer])

it depends on how ur face is shaped if u have big features (like a big nose) dont cut ur hair short or you will look like a man!! if u have really tiny features cut ur hair short. o and if ur not sure ask ur friends there opinion really helps! o and try side bangs they made me look waaaay more mature.

It depends.If her hair is beautiful curly or straight no matter the age it would be a sin to cut it off. But if her hair is greasy(like mine yack!)she`d better cut it because it`s boring to wash it everyday

Unless your face is long, long looks good. If your face is long wear it short.

alot of my friends have tred cutting there hair short (i did to) and we all HATED it once it was done. plus, long hair is getting more fashionable, like above the elbow. maybe get it nicley layored and side banges

yea, girls in general personally, i think look bad with a short hair cut... but then again, thats just me.

It really depends on your face shape. If you have a long, oval face don't try short hair. If you have a heart-shaped face you might be able to pull it off. I say, if you do go short keep it cute, fun, flirty, and textured. Here's some examples:
