There are a few species, but none that I know of are harvested commercially or grown for aquarium use. According to what I have seen, they all tend to be rather delicate and would not make good aquarium inhabitants.

Take a look at "Robyn's Shrimp Species Page". She lists different kinds of shrimp and the conditions they can survive in.
