That's just motherly instinct for her to do that. You should have her spayed to help keep the pet population down. There are low cost ways to do so. Like "Spay GA", or "Friends of Animals". Just something to consider.

If they aren't in any danger, I wouldn't worry about it. If they are in a spot that may be dangerous, or too cold for them, well then, I guess that would depend on the location. You may have to consider some invasive options to extract them. I once knew someone who had to cut a hole in a wall to get some kittens out. I have had a cat that had kittens once, and she moved them every 3 or 4 days it seemed, so perhaps your mother cat will eventually move them again. Try to block off any other hard to get places before she finds them!

She is just being protective of her kittens but try to give her little hints to move them, like a toy mouse that looks real.

You can't. That's she put them there. If they aren't in any danger, then leave them where they are. They aren't you kittens, they're hers. She'll take care of them, don't worry.
Actually, you could try starting a fire or spraying them with water or something, she'd probably move them for that.

u cant she doesnt want any one near them she will look after them just watch from a distnace to see that she feeding them and dont interfere with nature, and enjoy!

protective yes. Give her time, feed her well, if anything draw her and them out with milk. kitten milk . food soaked in milk. as long as you feed her she feeds them, eventually they will come out on their own aswell.
