If you are lucky you get to be old. Live with it.
The genes in our cells deteriorate each time the cells divide. Genes have extra bits attached to the ends like ferrules on the ends of shoe strings and are called telomeres. These do the same job and are used to protect the ends from damage. These get broken and shortened and after enough divisions you wear down to the actual gene codes themselves. When you lose these your skin starts to deteriorate.
As the skin replaces itself every month there is a lot of dividing and shortening of the telomeres going on all the time.
There are two ways of cheating the ageing process, at least slowing it down.
Don't go out in the sun too long or if you have to then use sunblock. UV sunlight damages skin. Sunburn really damages skin so watch out.
Cigarettes really damage skin. Smokers always look older than they really are.

Each cells has telomere regions in the DNA, this acts like a counter for the number of time a cell divided and reproduced, a bit like a ticket that gets punched off until it is completely canceled. When the telomeres indicate that the cell is to die, or stop reproducing, it internally degrades. And you get aging symptoms. You can of course help yourself by staying away from drugs or bad food.
Some cells have no measurable telomere reduction activities: stem cells, and cancerous cells. So you can see the interest in research in both these fields.
There is no pill yet, but our greatest minds have an interest in finding cures for aging; the only people who will be left out would be the undertakers, but I am sure they could find new jobs...

Time passes. It seems that our cells are genetically programed to only replicate a certain number of times. Within the process the quality of the replications diminishes with each cycle. This causes overall breakdown with time. The effect can be exacerbated by environmental stress on the system, physical, mental, chemical things all have an impact.
As we age, the sub-cutaneous fat layer that keeps our skin smooth and tight thins. Without this support, it saga and wrinkles.

It relies upon. i'm 40 5 and performance very few wrinkles, except that my decrease neck/top chest is starting up to get them. My worst age-appropriate venture, so some distance, is that this is troublesome for me no longer to get fat round my abdomen. I have friends countless years youthful who've completely stayed skinny, yet have more effective wrinkles round their eyes. If we were all doing it over, i imagine we would want to have used more effective sunscreen. you are able to't get too below pressure about this, basically try no longer to get fat, use moisturizer, and examine out to look the most perfect you are able to.
