No they do not, in fact here is the link, if you have a cell phone register it to. They are releasing cell phone #'s to telemarketers

It is called The National Do Not Call Registry. It gives you an opportunity to limit the telemarketing calls you receive. Once you register your phone number, telemarketers covered by the National Do Not Call Registry have up to 31 days from the date you register to stop calling you.

The telephone number is 1-888-382-1222.

It cost nothing, last for five years, and you can call and reverse your decision at any time.

NOTE: There are some exceptions to this law such as Political calls, etc.

no, its free, but you gotta reply to the e-mail ling there will send you! then it will take effect, and within 2-3 month not to many more calls...some still will go thru , but tell them your are on the do-not-call-list and get me off!!!

put your home-phone, cell-phone and fax-line on it!!!
