Assuming you're in the US... 011 to get an out-of-country line +44 for the UK then dial the number you have, minus the initial zero - if it's a London number, it will begin 020 7 or 020 8 - so what you're going to be dialling will look like this: 011 44 20 followed by a 7 or an 8, then 7 more digits.
