0870 is not a 'National Rate'
0845 is not a 'Local Rate'
They are both charged way above rates normally paid by most bill payers.
I do not pay for any National or Local Calls- they are all included in my package, but I am charged massive amounts if I choose to use 0845 or 0870 numbers.
