ITs supposed to I havent actually seen any in operation but, If you try it out let me know Im curious on how it removes interference from the electrical line, that is normally caused when running a telephone line next to power.

Ive heard good and bad both about it, limited bandwith and distance. But could save alot on wiring. Here is a site that might explain it alittle better.

yes, but you do need to plug one phone into a regular jack.
