Best exercise for reducing flab is light aerobic.

You should perform an enjoyable task that gets you sweating lightly, not fully out of breath but maybe panting a little. You should also finish thinking i could go some more of that.

Try to sustain this for at least 20 mins 3/4 times per week initially.

As fitness improves you can have longer and more frequent sessions.

This can be complemented by abdominal exercises to help tone but these will not work without the fat burning stuff. You can not isolate where you lose most fat from.

i won't show a picture of my abs but to really burn fat in this spot start with eating foods in portions.

imagine ur stomach and the size of ur palm, now when u eat more food then that ur stressing it out, would u do that to ur brains ? probaly but ur getting payed for it i hope hehe.

anywayz u can split urfoods up into 6 meels a day instead of 3, cut everything in half put it away and eat it every 3-4 hours in smaller portions.

as for the tummy, i've mentioned this already got best answer a couple of times so i'll just repost it here, should make it a sticky :) i've got a fightclub abs xD

i think its too much on flat surface

to get beatiful abs u'll need a decline / incline bench, 15 kg worth of weight that sits on ur chest. and chin up bar.

6-8 reps x 4 sets with weights work from 5kg to 15kg as max.
tense ur abs and do 5-10 reps chin ups x 3 sets and have 30 second rest between each set..

and really u can have nice abs but it won;t be visible if u have over 15% body fat. so aim for 7-10 % bodyfat. u can go down to 5 % if u take supplements for bulking and cutting periods. hope it helps.

Sit ups and other stomach muscle exercises will help to firm and tone, but you can't see that under layers of flab. Localized exercises will not burn that flab off. You've got to better manage your intake of food and burn that flab off through various aerobic exercises ... running, jogging, walking, swimming, bicycle riding, stair climbing, etc.

sits ups would be the best exercise you could do to work the tummy, generally running would work all your body out, which is probably better, because if you're working more of your body out at one time you'll be losing more in theory quicker, making sure to do the extra sit ups will help that partucular area

here's a good 1 my coach (army worker) taught me:

lift ur legs up to about 12 inches off the ground and count to 15 without moving them down or up, do that about 8 times and you'll feel the burn

You can't reduce fat in 1 specific place, you need to do some cardiovascular exercise ( jogging, cycling, fast walking) to reduce fat from your whole body and then do sit ups and crunches to tone up your stomach muscles

running. You have to do massive amounts of cardio to get rid of the fat that sits on top of your muscles in order to achieve your 6pack. You can have the best abs in the world, but with a thick layer of fat on top, who would notice?

sit ups wont do anything sorry...
crunches however you'll see results in a week or two also try to cut down on yeast products i.e beer, white bread, sweet cakes coz that goes straight on the gut

You don't need any equipment but if you want to make it harder ankle weights will do.

Lie on a flat surface, your bed will do.
lift one leg up slowly as far as it will go. do this 5 times.
lift the other leg up slowly as far as it will go. do this 5 times.
then lift both legs up slowly as far as they will go. Again do this 5 times.

When you get more used to this you can increase the amount you do. It worked for me.

sit ups will tone and firm, i would also suggest doing some other exercises to even out the sides. such as an right-elbow to left-knee, and visa-versa.
