buy a manual, they are cheap and have good information geared towards your vehicle, describes very well how to do most things yourself, especially easier things like pads/rotors. or search online for forums on how to replace pads.

I would imagine the same way you do for mostly any other car.. remove the wheels.. remove the calipers, compress the pistons back into the caliper (C clamp will do this in most cases) and reassemble with new pads.
