Is there any need to pay to asian africa coordinator for clearance to visit canada in cruise shipping line?

I live in Canada, and I have never heard of Cruise tourist shipping line.

On the information shown, I wouldn't pay money to anyone.

Please take your letter and all other information you have on this, to the Canadian consolate in your country and ask them what they think
