Why am I seeing an msimn.exe file when I do a search of all files and folders on my computer if I do not use Outlook Express or Windows Messenger?

What would cause it to run?

To clarify, I found the msimn.exe file when I did a search of all files and folders modified during a certain time span on my computer. This one came up and since I don't use OE or WM I'm baffled as to why it is showing up. Will a file like this only be modified if OE or WM is run?

That is the executable file for Outlook Express. Even though you don't use it, it is still installed and therefore that file is still there.
