try looking for a converter thru google
just type mpeg4 to avi
and youl see plenty of good downloads

Well depending how big the file is.. If its something small I would use a share ware program found on CNet... If the file is big and you want to mess with size, resoulution and sound...Use Adobe, Premiere and After effects..but these programs are really expensive..

I use Total Video Converter.

I am thinking DiviX might be able to do it, but I dont use that enough to know.
