well actually you will have a better chance of working out of a smaller city like denver or boston or places like that because bigger cities means more people trying to land a deal so if u sign wit a smaller company in a smaller place then you can always work you way up 2 a better music deal but if i had 2 chose from the 2 i would say atl because they are a smaller city. gud luck

It depends on what you want to sing. If you are going for a rock type then there are places like CBGB's in New York where you could get paid to sing on stage and then it will be easier to get a record deal. (Find a good band first.)
