I have a prassipromo cd plus 2.0 cd burner.everything was working fine about three days ago,now everytime i try to click on the program to open it ,i just keep getting a message pop up saying "no compatible recorder drives have been found on this computer".if i click ok it will load a page where i can click to burn mp3 to cd or cd to cd,however after i drag and drop the files into the window i get another popup message,i have uninstalled and reinstalled the disk for the program and i still get the same message,i have checked for viruses and spyware and everything is coming up clean,have cleared temp files and cookies and all that to make sure,restarted computer and nothing,can anyone help me with this problem,or do i simply need to buy a new cd burner?I am running windows xp home version 2002 service pack 2,on a intel(R),celeron(R)CPU 2.40GHz with 736 mb of Ram.Thankyou!
