What should i do to register the salvage title car to DMV?

Your best bet is to contact the DMV of your state.

In California, It is easy. In my case I purchased my wrecked car back from the insurance company, they returned the paperwork back to me as a salvage title, I went to the dmv and registered it the same way you would any other car. I wasn't required to have any tests done etc. Pretty easy here. Not sure how it goes in othe states.
