You can try a bleaching cream. They sell them in walmart in the beauty and health section. You're only suppose to use them for skin discolorations and to tone or even your complexion, but i'm sure if you us it as directed all over it would work. You're probably just fine the way you are, but if that's what you want, I hope this helps. Take care.

There are popular whitening creams available for asians, that may work for you. Check shiseido or korean body care stores.
