The methodology for this is as follows:
- Calculate the number of moles of CaCl2.H2O.
- Calculate the required number of moles of Na2CO3 to completely react with this (this is the stoichiometry bit). From the equation 1 mol of Na2CO3 reacts with 1 mol of CaCl2.H2O, so this will be the same as the first figure.
- Then calculate the formula mass of Na2CO3 and thence the mass of Na2CO3 corresponding to the required number of moles.

determine the number of moles that you have of the calcium chloride dihydrate, and because it is in a 1 to 1 mole ratio with the sodium carbonate, determine the mass of that number of moles of the sodium carbonate.
