Sodium hypochlorite IS(!) bleach - that's not a dumb answer.
If you need a stronger solution of NaOCl than bleach itself
provides, try going to your local pool supply store or to someone
who supplies chemical reagents (like Fisher Scientific). See BF's website references. But BF's comments are legit...folks like Fisher won't necessarily sell to just anybody. (Good answers, BF...)
By comparison to store-bought bleach (which is about 5.25% sodium hypochlorite), you can buy solutions that are maybe up to 13% NaOCl at these places. You won't find it TOO much higher than that because the OCl- tends to become Cl2O and other interesting species.
So cut your answerers a break... as for the average person, bleach may be as good as it gets. Again, try a pool supply store (like Pinch a Penny or the like)

I assume you mean "very concentrated." In that case, the Clorox company. They make it at about 35% strength. The limit is the pH before ClO- begins to disproportionate. They told me some years ago that that was the strongest concentration available.
