It's for science fair. it says to take a pint of water and add 10-15 drops of pH test solution. I did that, and then its says to mix it a little and it should turn green or blue. i did that and it comes out to yellow. yellow=6, blue=7, dark blue=8. I have tried tap water that was dark blue, distilled came out yellow and drinking water came out yellow too. what am i doing wrong?
