That the occurence of biological evolution is fact, and that we have documented its occurence? Did you know that to deny the occurence of biological evolution is completely illogical no matter what your beliefs?

Did you know that the only theory involved with evolution is the process by which it occurs?

Prove it? Scientists have created new species from fruit flies. They're new species, and thus have undergone evolution. Period. Fact. Saying that evolution doesn't occur is the same as saying "things when dropped close to the surface of the earth will fall."

Let's clear up the definition of the word THEORY. In science the word theory is practically synonymous with the word fact. There would have to be an overwhelming change in scientific thought to undo a theory.
Society however uses the word theory as though it were an idea with lots of room for speculation and error. The word to describe that is HYPOTHESIS.
