For setting up of DNA fingerprinting lab what is complete list of instrument required.?

I have rough idea. But for an ideal lab in india what is complete list of instrument required right from DNA preservation to STR probe analysis.

I think the essential tools would be:
1. A thermocycler (aka a PCR machine) - For the PCR reactions and incubations
2. A freezer and a fridge - For storage of samples and reagents
3. A gel electrophoresis set-up (power supply, box, mold, comb etc.) - For analyzing DNA
4. Micropipettes (in an assortment of sizes) - For liquid handling
5. Microfuge (small centrofuge) - for separating precipitations and settling you tubes.
6. Lots of microfuge tubes and PCR tubes
7. A method of 'seeing' DNA in gels - Ethidium bromide and a UV light box and a camera would be best
8. Lots of Enzymes

That's the basics as I see them, lots of specialized stuff may be handy, but this is the core for a DNA lab.
