I have an Ipod Nano and so does my friend. He already has music on his, but he wants my music on his too. If we connect his Ipod to my computer and program, will it erase his previous music or affect mine?

sorry, it will erase your friends music that is on his ipod now. It can only be formatted to one itunes library at a time. You would have to copy all the music from your ipod to his computer to do this without him losing any of his current music. The same applies if you want music that is on his library but not yours.
