If it's a comfort issue, then I see nothing to worry about. However, if she "shows off the garden" intentionally to onlookers or seems to enjoy "oops" moments in front of people, you've either got an exhibitionist for a wife, or someone who might be looking for "options."

umm.. this is just me, but i was always taught to be a sophisticated young lady. and wearing no panties at all is really gross. and not with a skirt also? are you sure she wasnt a stripper or something b4 u met her?
i would talk to her. i know she might feel comfy in that way. but what is she is walking home alone or something and some guy rapes her and thats just easy acces? unless she wants that. to me that is just not how you should dress. and I'm a hot 18 yr. old blonde blue eyes, girl.. and i dont even do that!

It's a bit of a concern as to the proprieties, unless you and your wife have a related business as well as personal relationship, which I assume is not the case.

Does she get fitted for shoes often?
She may be comfortable that way. or maybe she's looking for attention......like from you. Try going shopping with her and feel her up while she's looking at clothes on a rack.

Alot of women don't wear underwear because it helps to prevent infections and honestly it feels good. I would ask her about it and if she doesn't have a good reason or is slow to answer, then yes, be worried.

For sanitary purposes, I would suggest she wear undies or pantyhose.
