depending on how old you are
it is very natural for cousins to have this attraction for each other
it is o.k. to feel these feelings, or should I say, it is "normal" for adolescence to feel such emotions,
however, acting upon such things, may or may not be acceptable, I would ask a doctor and look into the genetic defect probability if and when you ever decided to have children
if you are younger, it will probably pass, probably just a phase, if not, you may want to talk to someone about it
