Centrioles (not centrals) double and move to opposite ends of the cell during the early part of cell division. Scientists don't all agree about what the centrioles actually do next, but many scientists think that the centrioles have something to do with forming the spindle fibers. Both centrioles and spindle are made of microtubules.

I assume you mean centrioles. The pull the sister chromatids apart during mitosis. They also cause the cleavage furrow to form separating the two daughter cells.
