Because they don't care who they kill or where. They just want to maximize civilian casualties wherever they can, be it Indonesia, Israel, Spain, the UK, or the US. That's why they're called terrorists.

I'm a devoted Muslim, and I don't know why ANY Muslim would bomb others. Trust me when I say it's for their personal pleasure, and not all Muslims are like that. It's completely against Islam to kill others (we're told to treat non-Muslims with even more respect than we're to treat the Muslims!)
Muslims are NOT supposed to be against or fight any group of people. Only the uneducated Muslims who've absolutely no understanding of the Quran would do such a thing (because such people don't read the verses of the Quran in context and don't understand why/when/how the particular verses were revealed and in which conditions do the verses apply). Anywhere in the Quran where God talks about killing, He's referring to WARS. Wars are different than killing people out of nowhere for absolutely no reason. In fact, during wars, Muslims are not allowed to kill those who're not participating in the war, women, children, the elderly, religious leaders (e.g. priests, imaams, rabbis), animals, or even plants. And they're also not allowed to destroy sacred places (e.g. church, mosque, temple). And they can't destroy houses or any other places of residence.....So if they're not allowed to do that even during wars, do you seriously think they can just bomb places and people? No, they can't.
The Muslim bombers are committing a TERRIBLE sin, trust me. And I guarantee you that God will be giving them what they deserve (doesn't sound to me too pleasant a gift from God for the kilers, but I'm no one to judge...).

Well China is supporting North Korea and both have Nuclear weapons. Or China is sending Nukes to NK. Philippines well they're too friendly with the West. I have no idea why.
