Look out for the bright red, yellow, green and blue handloom from the ‘seven sisters’ in the Northeast; Karnataka Bidriware (silver inlay on blackened white metal); Kanjeevaram and Benaras saris with gold woven into multihued silks; beads, bangles and other ornaments everywhere; shell craft, pretty sandals, kurta and pyjamas at Delhi’s designer shops, brass from UP, bronze in the south; Darjeeling tea, and Coorg coffee.

I would try to get some 24 karat gold jewellery, or a pretty sari, lots of cotton and silk clothes, and i'll eat those delicious pastries with orange honey!!!

in india...u can do so much shopping..it'll drive u crazy..however, try and shop for accents like little statues and clothes...jewelery is also fun and u can also buy things like decorative cushions

sari's indian jewlery of course and of course the food other then that i dont know because if you are looking for american labeled products such as clothing you will find nothing but knock-offs such as abercrombie clothes and brand jordan shoes i would say its similar to china "knock off heaven" =)
