My computer came with iTunes. At one point it kept nagging me to download the latest version and I did so, the newest 7 version. For some reaosn my computer hated it, so I got rid of it. Now, I have an iPod. I went to download iTunes and it didn't work. I went through and followed all the steps that the apple website states to uninstall and then reinstall iTunes. Nothing has worked. I even cleared it all and then downloaded an older 6 version because that's what my computer intially came with. It says it downloads fine, but when I open it, I get a message saying, "iTunes has encountered a problem and must shut down." And you are given the option of sending an error report to Microsoft.
I really have no idea what to do and it's getting VERY frustrating. I have an iPod that I can't use : ( Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

I tunes very seldom works it is a very crappy thing. It is a disgrace to the computer world. It is something I won't even think about using.

i had that prob so i switched to napster.. but when it asks u if u wanna send a report click yes.. they may reply im not sure cuz i never did send one lol
