my tool bar is horizantal how do i put it back??

Grab the far left edge of the bar and drag it back to original position.

We like it horizontal!

Actually, isn't horizontal (across the bottom) normal? Vertical would be running up and down along the side.

In either case, to move it, just click and drag it to the location you want.

is it taskbar or toolbar ?

if it's taskbar, then just simply drag your taskbar to your desired position on your desktop..
