People eat weird things, so no, there is nothing wrong with syrup on a biscuit. It doesnt even sound strange to me. What does that server know? She works at steak and shake!

It's not strange at all. A few of my good friends order their biscuits with syrup. I've never heard of it until recently, but when I tried it, it was really good. I think the waitress was just clueless

shes obviously not a very good waitress.. you never question the customer about what they want. regaurdless of how weird it is.. and considering ive been a waitress for quite a while it isnt weird to get syrup with a bisquit.. i mean if you had pancakes and you asked for honey would this be the same situation.. cuz usually i put honey on bisquits.. but its not weird.

Not weird at all. I mean come on, your the customer, shes the waitress. She gives you what you want. Not question it. Period.
I mean I've seen people put ketchup on their potatoes and a lot people think thats weird, but what do they know?
You got to satisfy your pallot and if it means having biscuits with syrup, go ahead.

Not at all! Many people [especially those from the Southern US] like syrup on their biscuits.

Sryup on a biscuit ... I guess you are in the US and don't mean cookie like the British say ... is normal. My dad's dad always ate biscuits with sryup for breakfast and with gravy for supper. And don't worry about the lady working there, she probably tried it after you left.

But for me, biscuits are much better with honey!

You're paying for it. Order whatever you want! I order thousand island dressing with my french fries, and sometimes I get strange looks, but they're my fries, and I'm eating them, Da**it! I'll eat them however I want! Also, sometimes I ask for half diet coke and half regular - half the calories, and you don't notice the taste difference. Same thing - strange looks.
