It's two words, not one. enfasisen = enfasis en

'enfasis' = emphasis
'en' = in / on

It is variation of the word "Emphasis". In the dictionary I have. it says "he emphasized the word "not", puso éfasis en la palabra "no".
Notice the word "en" is separated from the word "éfasis"

I hope this helps, I find it tougher every day remembering my English as I now live in Spain and don't speak Spanish all all well either. Good luck

It's not right with the accent where you placed it, or the spelling.
Here are your options:

"enfatizen" - "(you) emphasize." This is in the form of an imperative and the you is plural. Note there is no accent on the "e".

Example "Quier que enfatizen sus virtudes." ("I want you to emphasize your virtues." The speaker would be addressing more than one person.)

"énfasis" = "emphasis." (noun)

It's 2 words: énfasis en = emphasis on/stressed. E.g. Puso el énfasis en la importancia de . . . = He stressed the importance of . . .

If it's referring to a degree or other qualification, then something like 'Major in . . .'
