I have a Babolat zylon 360 with woofer on each side, if I place lead tape there, will it affect the woofer?

usually at the top of the racket, but it's up to you. it does affect the balance of the racket though...

The best place to add weight is at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions on the head. This adds weight to the head and stabilized it also. Remember the sweet spot moves with the location of the lead tape, so the higher in the head you place the lead tape the higher the sweet spot.

don't put the lead tape on the sides. place the lead tape on the head, place it on the top part. only there, anywhere else and it gets weaker.
