I don't think God will affiliate himself to any political party.

I would probably ask him for knowledge of the whole universe. If God exists, he loves both Dems and Repubs equally. It would be pointless to ask him to end suffering and pain b/c if he was going to do it he would have already. So I'd simply ask for knowledge, selfish I know.

Actually, I prefer to remember an old story about how God all by himself in nothingness got bored one day and began differentiating himself so that he'd have someone to talk to. So, all this Republican / Democrat dialog is just one Being talking to his hand, so to say. : ) (It's reasurring to think that a God would have such a sense of humor).

No. Not only are there a lot of stupid, corrupt and dishonest Republicans and Democrats, who is to say that God is American? For the sake of the rest of the world, I certainly hope he isn't!

Let's see, he'd be in favor of caring for the poor, opposed to war and filled with love for all, regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation....so I wouldn't have to ask..
Doesn't sound like any GOP I've ever heard of.

no because his actions would show clearly which party is closest to his views whether it be Reb or Dem or even some other party.....other party you ask...it can happen...
