You'd need to have a login and password, plus the URL for the site. They're not going to let just anybody look at everyone else's W-2 or paycheck, so there has to be some way to identify you as you, and pull up just your info.
Check with your employer to get a login, if they make that available.
The W-2 might not be out there yet. We use Paychex, not ADP, but haven't gotten our W-2's yet - I expect them to arrive in the next week or so, and they'll then be distributed to employees.

My employer doesn't use ADP, but uses a similar service. We have to log-on though a separate web address that is used only for this purpose. It in not the public address for either my employer or the payroll company. You should ask your employer how to log-on.
EDIT: As of 8:40pm, Jan 6, my 2006 W-2 is not available on-line. When I called and asked last week, they said it may not by on-line before the paper form is mailed.
