Aren't you spending too much, if you never save any?

Many people say "just get an education", and I'm lucky enough to have a family who has helped me afford that, but the fact is many people (and I'm guessing you) can't afford that.

1. One thing to do is apply for a Pell Grant where government will help you pay for less expensive colleges (such as Community College (for an Associates Degree)).
2. Another thing you can do immediately to stop living from paycheck to paycheck, besides more obvious things like not shopping as much, not eating out, driving less and/or carpooling to work (to save on gas), and paying of any credit card debt (and not getting any more of it) is working toward living on an "equity basis".

BETWEEN THESE 2 THINGS THE TRICK is to get an Associates Degree within 2 years and stop living is a system where you pay rent (and own nothing). After that you'll have a better job (because of your Associates Degree) that will make you more money and less to pay, because you will own your home have to pay only for land (and put the rest into savings, fun, what ever you want).

.............................H e r e ' s an example.......................................
Suppose you get a pell grant and apply for community college and, meanwhile, move out of your apartment and buy a basic used trailer home (which can go as low as $7000 for a decent quality trailer, like a Keystone) and pay by finance (monthly).
If you, say, pay $350 a month to lease a trailer and $250 a month to park it at an RV park that's $600 a month (as cheap as most apartments).
But the best news is, after, say, two years or so paying off a $7000 trailer you own the trailer and only have to pay $250 a month from then on.
So, after those two years, you can save the extra $350 a month you used to pay for the trailer's monthly payment and use it to keep you from "living from paycheck to paycheck" for the next two years while you finish a Bachelor's Fegree in college.

And, by the time you have a Bachelors Degree, you should have plenty of job opportunities open. Then you can likely sell your trailer for around $5000 and get a mortgage for a small home or stay with the simple lifestyle, what ever works for you.

You are in the same boat that about 50 million or so other people in the U.S. is in now, including myself! My grandmother used to tell me when I was a teenager this- it is not how much money you make every week, it is how much you can save each week regardless of how little that may be. People in China that are what is referred to as the working poor ask themself a series of questions before they buy something- Do I really need to buy this? Is it a necessity? Or am I buying it just because I want it? More education helps out as far as higher paying jobs sometimes, just like not trying to live to high on the hog, or running up credit cards. Penny stocks are a good way to make some money when you do not have big bucks to invest. It is ironic that people in China for example make money - create small business ventures by looking into the culture of other people in the world. They take for example pine cones that we throw away in this country that mess up our lawns and make ornaments out of them for christmas trees by painting them up real nice and putting a thin hanging wire on them. Four such chinese people in Mainland China made from 50 grand to a couple million dollars off doing that each year. IF you get an income tax refund this year buy some shares of Kansas city southern railroad stock with it and hang onto it for the next 3 to 10 years and you will double or triple your small investment. Check out a site called Nasco , and Kansas city smartport on a general yahoo internet search and you will understand why I have said what I said about that stock.

Simple. Take out a student loan in order to go to college, live on campus, and get an education in a field which will yield a higher rate of pay. It's extremely difficult to do better than paycheck to paycheck in this world without some sort of formal training from an accredited source such as a trade school or college.

Find a better job. No matter what you do there is always someone willing to pay more if you are good in your field (even selling coffee). If not to your taste, look at your finances and begin making sacrifices to invest into stocks, put some money in a bank account or a down payment for a home. Screw short term, think bigger

Find out why you are living paycheck to paycheck. Start by monitoring your monthly spending from today. Write down how you spend your money and where you spend it on.

After a month of doing this, you'll know where you're misusing funds and then you can start setting a realistic budget appropriately. If your income just can't sustain your lifestyle, it's time for you to earn more or make more money.

I have found three legitimate work at home sites so far, and one of them made me $494+ in October, $700+ in November, and $838.57 in December. They are free to join.

Please click my screen name or avatar for more information and a link for proof of payment and lots os specific details.

Once I found out these sites were legitimate, I started adding referrals. For every person you refer, you get 20% of what they earn. And for every person that one of your referrals refer you get 10% on one site and 5% on the other. In time--this could be a great source of income--making money while other people are in a sense, working for you.

If you get 5 referrals who earn $20 a month, that is an extra $20 in your pocket. If you get 100 referrals earning $20 a month, that is an extra $400 you'll earn every month!!!

And by the way--never join a work at home program that wants you to pay up front. If they were making that much money, they wouldn't need to charge you.
