I know that with an Associates Degree you have to take more classes, but what I am wondering is if I get an A.S. Degree how much more money will I be making?

It all depends on the degree or the certification. I would guess degree will generally get more money than a certification, though there are some tough certifications that will net you a nice income. Check out the following link from the US Census data.

I would guess there wouldn't be too much difference in income between an Associate's Degree and most certifications, unless a particular career requires one or the other. Otherwise, an Associate's Degree actually is a college degree, while a certification simply certifies that you completed a particular curriculum with no degree awarded. In order to increase your income, you should really be looking at a Bachelor's degree or more.
