I'm seeing this girl. We get on really well but she has had her heart broken a couple of times in the past and now I sense she is scared of commitment. I know she likes me but she won't drop her guard and open up to me. She's scared I may break her heart I guess. How can I prove my feelings are genuine?

If she's had her heart broken a couple of times it probably means she used to fall too deep and too fast for guys.
The best thing to do would make sure that doesn't happen. Take everything slowly, and make her see she isn't just another girl.
Make her feel special and unique, buy her gummybears or something random. gummybears cure hearts!

be gentle, # 1 way to make a girl fall is to be romantic. let her know you'll never hurt her in anyway. be her angel, take care of her. be her ears, her voice, listen to her cries from deep within her. basically show her how much you care for her. be with her in good and bad times. in other words be her best friend, let her know she's worth it. let her know that love is something beautiful when you know it's true. one big thing is NEVER FLIRT WITH GIRLS WHENEVER YOU ARE AROUND HER OR HER FRIENDS. try to make her trust you then you come out and tell her how you feel and ask her how she feels for you. then you do the rest which is.........................(let your heart answer this)

don't be pushy, be there when she needs you for support, be honest and remind her in a gentle way that you are not the guys she knew before
