I was wondering if anyone out there could help me decide which shampoo and conditioner would probably work best for me. I have thin, kind of curly hair. I want to enhance the curls but It's been dyed before. Any help? I'm trying to pick between KMS Curl Up, John Frieda or Gurl Friend Curly. Please help!

Go John Frieda. Have had excellent experience with their brand. Are safe to use with colour-treated hair.
