for all who say he has not broken any laws,
read this.
A President does not have to commit an ordinary criminal offense in order to be impeached. Governing in a way that undermines the Constitution or harming America is sufficient. But...
Bush has actually violated several US laws including:
Title 50 United States Code, Section 1805, the FISA law regulating wiretaps.
Title 18 United States Code, Section 113C, the Federal Torture Act
Title 18 United States Code, Section 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States Congress about Iraq
According to the US Constitution, international treaties are part of the Supreme Law of the Land. Bush has violated:
the UN Charter and Nuremberg Charter by invading Iraq,
the Geneva Convention by torturing prisoners and holding them without access to counsel.

I didn't vote for Bush either time, nor did I ever vote for his Dad, but a President can only be impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors". Unfortunately, Congress voted to give Bush certain War Powers as Commander-in-Chief. The Iraqi War Resolution stated that military force would be used as a "final resort". That's a very broad statement. It was up to Bush to make the call as Commander in Chief. As for rights violations here at home, you can thank your local Congressman/woman or Senators for voting for the Patriot Act. By the way, the government even wants to know what kind of books you check out at the library and what subjects you "google"!!
We can't impeach him because Congress gave him carte blanche approval. The President also has in his power to issue Executive Orders if he feels as though the laws or regulations do not go far enough in protecting the American people. Many times he went beyond what Congress approved by issuing EO's to circumvent the legislative branch. All Presidents have done it to some extent, but Bush has done it on a regular basis. That's why he hasn't vetoed any bills. He didn't have to.
What we need to do is to watch who we vote for in the future!! Listen to all the issues and make wise decisions.

there's a large difference in disagreeing with a president and thinking he has made important errors continually (the two one in each and every of which I do), and installation as a certainty that he has dedicated acts (criminal or different) worth of impeachment and removing from place of work. Impeachment is merely the trial to be sure if an place of work holder must be bumped off. despite if he have been to be impeached I doubt there could be sufficient votes for removing. additionally, one might desire to heavily seem on the impact to the rustic to bypass with the aid of that back.

It won't happen. As much as I would love an end to the nightmare, you have 2 problems.
1) Congress recently passed a bill that allows military tribunals for terror suspects. That bill does 2 other things. It allows the President to declare anybody an enemy combatant, throw them in a room and throw away the room, with out habeas corpus. For all intents and purposes they can appear to fall off the face of the Earth. They would become un-persons like in 1984
The bill also grants immunity to the president for any and all crimes he makes while in office, retro-actively to 9-11-2001. If he never commited a crime, why would the bill, introduced by the White House, include this privision, Hrm?
2) Dick Chaney is the Vice President

You also forgot to mention that in the 1940s it was deemed illegal to receive campain contributions from major power companies. When THE CHIMP became president he overruled that law and one of his biggest campain contributers wan ENRON.
He also stated that OSAMA BIN LADEN was NO LONGER a priority. Every one here remembers OSAMA,right? The guy that planned and orchestrated 9-11. The worst terrorist act to happen on AMERICAN SOIL. Could his OIL INTERRESTS,the fact that he's friends with the BIN LADEN family(When the entire country was a NO FLY ZONE he flew the BIN LADEN family out of the country) have something to do with that?
As far as calling him an idiot,a tool, and a faliure you forgot TERRORIST. Look at how much money the BUSH family has made cause of this war. And lets not forget the DICK Cheney, who is making MILLIONS on HALIBURTON's no bid contract. We have lost over 3000 soldiers for HIS GREED

I have a better idea, dumb ***, why don't you blow up a raft and drift over to Cuba. Leave this horrible country and its horrible dictator. Leave all the rights America gives you and our brave servicemen and women are fighting for. If you happen to pass anyone coming toward America, ask them why they are leaving and trying to get into our country. Of course everything I said was sarcastic (just in case you are not smart enough to understand that). What you should really do, is shut your pie hole and quit all your whining and crying. When the next election rolls around, actually go out and vote. You're the idiot. You're the tool. You're the failure.

It will take a Congress that is more concerned with doing what is right rather than winning elections in 2008. I certainly hope it is the former and not the latter.
