but if you want to, you really must have a strong desire to do it. therefore, you have to stop grabbing high carb meal and change it with greenie or fruits.

plus excersice
running is the best one

in the other way, i can say that the best way to lose weight is to suffer.

zinc tablets vitaminc every 30 minutes 1 cup of water no alcohol
