Dont' eat but drink water and you will lose the weight that is water and will be back in a day or so but to lose and keep it off you need to cut out the high fats and go more with veggies and fruits

take a nice big crap. sounds disgusting but seriously for two pounds its the easiest way. so yeah I think your plan will work. keep in mind you'll gain it back almost immediately. and xlax as a diet supplement ain't too healthy.

Drinks lots of water and try the cabbage soup diet. I lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks this way. Cabbage gets old though!

dont use exlax: heres the key dont eat anything at all unless you fell faint then have some crackers and drink very minimal water so that you dotn gain water weight. Run for 15 minutes in heavy clothes.
