A president of the Internet? Is that your question? Or who using the Internet right now looking at your question is going to vote for whom in 2008?
Firstly, you cannot vote for George W. Bush in 2008 because he is ineligible to run. No president since Franklin Roosevelt has ever served more than two terms when Congress ratified the 22nd Amendment.
The Internet has a president. Sort of. A loose confederation of academics run what is named the Internet Governance Project but it has no legal authority. And how could it? The volumn of traffic that passes through the millions of portals every second is staggering to comprehend, much less control. And the whole idea behind the Internet is the free and unfettered flow of ideas.

The closest thing the President of the Internet would be the President of the organization the assigns domain names. This is not an elected position. 'Prez' is not actually a word.
